The applicant clarified he wanted to replace the existing carport with a new carport and not a garage. The neighbor most affected wrote with no objection to the request. The neighbor's house is not close to the applicant's carport, and the properties are separated by dense vegetation. The carport is not close to the road and is not out of line with other homes on the street. There was no opposition to this request.
