Hearing: The property is located within the Cypress Springs Subdivision. The applicant stated the screened room is for the recreational needs of his family, which includes a young child. The applicant noted several or his neighbors had screened rooms built onto the back of their homes in similar proximity to the rear property line. A letter of approval was received from the Homeowner's Association. There was no opposition present at the public hearing. The BZA felt the request would not cause a detrimental impact to the neighborhood and approved the request.
