Applicant / description: My client is considering leasing 2,232 sq ft of retail space in the Property located at 9600 S. Dixie Highway. The total retail space is 12,936 square feet. The Property was advertised as having 71 retail parking spaces however when counted, there are 54 spaces and it also states 54 spaces in the draft lease provided by the landlord. Our concern is that the development does not have enough parking to accommodate the retail space. Can you please tell me if there was a variance for parking to allow the development to provide less than the municipal code parking requirements? Thank you.
