Request: "Variances in R-2 zone as follows: 1. erect addition 2.5 ft. from side (south) property line in lieu of 5 ft.; 2. allow existing accessory structure to remain 4 ft. from side (north) property line in lieu of 5 ft.; 3. allow 2.8 ft. of separation between existing wood shed and garage in lieu of 10 ft.; 4. allow existing carport to remain 2 ft. from side (north) property line in lieu of 5 ft."

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The applicant wants to add a room onto the back of her house. The encroachment is very minor. The BZA approved the other setback deficiencies that existed many years ago to relieve any potential concerns by a lending institution should the applicant sell the house. There was no opposition.
