The property's front yard, per technical code requirement, abuts the rear yard of his neighbor to the east. The applicant's house sits near the middle of the property. He wants to build his garage in front of the house, close to the corner. He stated this area was chosen as this is the direction in which his driveway is located. Putting the garage behind the house would mean the destruction of many trees on the property and a loss of privacy to the home. Several neighbors wrote in favor of the applicant's request. There was no opposition.
