Staff noted that no comments were received in support or in opposition. The applicant described the site and the proposal. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA stated that the location was appropriate and unanimously recommended approval of the Special Exception by a 6-0 vote, with one vacant, subject to the seven (7) conditions in the staff report.
