Hearing: Mr. Todaro stated he has had two heart attacks and needs to have his grown son move here to help him take care of the property. His son has a wife and child who will move into the mobile home. The BZA told Mr. Todaro they would approve the request as a medical hardship, if it was documented by his physician. The BZA also stated the Variance should be tied only to the use of the Todaro family. Mr. Todaro agreed with the conditions. There was no opposition to this request.
