In response to Commissioner McKinzie, Commissioner Ryan discussed repairs granted for persons based upon verified income, first-time home buyer status and other programs that have certain eligibility requirements. In addition, Commissioner Ryan inquired as to program exemptions and requested the County Attorney’s Office determine what issues may be addressed at a future meeting.
