Hearing: Staff noted that the work which the applicant had completed was done so after obtaining permits, including the plumbing, which was fully inspected and approve. The applicant was requesting approval to complete the work which was initially competed, through the approved appropriate permits. The applicant waived their right to speak, noting complete agreement with the staff recommendation. There being no one in attendance to speak for or against the request, the public hearing was closed. The BZA concluded that the applicant had followed all required steps in the process, and that the variance was necessary to complete that which had been properly started. A recommendation to approve the request was passed unanimously.
