Hearing: The applicant is requesting variances to construct a second building on the property and split the property. The BZA inquired about parking and cross access. The owner stated they plan to move the existing machine/components facility into the new building along with twenty (20) to thirty (30) employees. The owner also stated that in the past they have had as many as sixty (60) employees, and have never had a problem with the parking. There was no opposition at the hearing.
