Therefore, a continuance for one month was requested by staff to re-advertise the request noting the revised square footage based on the revised site plan. The applicant wants to construct a screened porch and office addition to the back of her home 10 ft. from the rear property line in lieu of 15 ft. The applicant submitted a letter of approval from the Somerset Village homeowners association and letters of support from surrounding property owners.
