Hearing: The applicant proposes to construct a single-family residence 7 feet from the front property line and 6 feet from the side property line. Due to NHWL location, the applicant has a very narrow building window and is restricted to building closer to the front property line without requesting a setback from the lake.
The BZA agreed with staff that the request is minimal and recommended approval subject to the condition from the Environmental Protection Division. A resident spoke before the Board in opposition; the BZA informed the resident that his concerns would be addressed through the condition required by the Environmental Protection Division.
At the public hearing the applicant's representative submitted four letters in favor of the request.
