Request: Variances in P-D zone as follows: 1) To construct single family residence 41 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.; 2) To construct two (2) detached accessory buildings (garages) in front of principle residence in lieu of rear.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: BZA felt that variance #1 was compatible with the area. However, as to variance #2 the BZA felt that (2) accessory buildings in the location proposed constituted an over development of the property that would have a visual impact in the area. Therefore, the BZA granted the applicant a restricted approval to variance #2 by allowing only (1) accessory building restricted to 750 sq. ft.
