The distance separation is 4,155-feet. The license that is being relocated to this site is currently held by Pacino's Restaurant which is directly adjacent to the Gooding's Supermarket. Staff recommended denial of the relocation. The BZA felt that since the license was already in existing and operational, and the distance for the relocation was minimal (55-feet), there was no special privileges being granted by approving such a request. There was one representative (ABC Liquor) which was opposed to this request.
