Hearing: The applicant is proposing a 17,000 sq. ft. church and unpaved parking spaces. Staff advised the BZA this request was consistent with past approvals along Curry Ford Road. Staff advised the BZA that the neighbor to the rear was in favor of grassed parking due to the natural flow of the drainage. He did not was to receive any additional stormwater from this project.
The BZA advised the applicant to engineer the project to include paved parking spaces while at the same time not adversely impact the neighbor to the south. The applicant agreed.
There was no opposition at the hearing.
