Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ Because of the similarity with the character of many of the homes in the area, the support of all adjacent neighbors, and the fact that it would enhance the aesthetics and use of the property, Staff recommended approval of this request. There was no one present to object to or support this request. The Board unanimously approved this request subject to the conditions proposed by Staff.
