Hearing: Staff gave a presentation on the case, covering the location, the site plan, and photos. The applicant stated there was an old decaying metal shed located on the property line, when they bought the property. It was when they decided to replace it, that they found out the property was not in compliance. The BZA acknowledged the favorable response from neighbors, and confirmed the new shed will meet setbacks. Staff received 8 commentaries in favor of the application and none in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing.
