Hearing: The applicant is proposing an addition to the west side of their existing residence. The applicant states they cannot construct in their rear yard due to the power line connection. Staff presented the site plan, floor plan, and elevations. Staff stated the variance was the minimal possible variance, and maintained a five (5) ft. side setback . The applicant agreed with staff's presentation and was available for any questions. No one spoke in favor or in opposition of the request. The applicant submitted five (5) letters in support from all the adjacent neighbors. The BZA felt the request was reasonable and approved the variance.
