Hearing: The applicant is proposing to construct a new single-family residence on the rear of the property to replace an existing home which has become increasingly unstable. Due to some unique aspects of the site such as Lake Hart to the rear and a man made canal running along the southern portion of the property the proposed residence would be unable to be built due to NHWE setbacks required. One person spoke in opposition to the request stating that their view of the lake would be obstructed by the new residence.
