ACTION: (T-1:14 PM) Mayor Rich thanked County Administration, Commissioners, staff and the general public for the well wishes and thoughtful things that have been done since her accident. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)

C. BREAKFAST

ACTION: (T-1:14 PM) Mayor Rich thanked Vice-Mayor Furr for covering for her at the State of the County Breakfast this past week. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)

D. SHANDLEY PROCLAMATION

ACTION: (T-1:15 PM) Mayor Rich congratulated and thanked Kelley Shandley for taking the Broward Performing Arts Center to new heights in generation of capital, as well as promotion of the cultural arts. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)

E. HOUSE/SENATE BILLS

ACTION: (T-1:16 PM) Mayor Rich drew attention to House and Senate bills dealing with the criminalization of homelessness and advocated for collaboration in opposition. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)
