Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages_____. The applicant wants to officialize the existing horse riding stable on the property. The property has been used as a horse riding facility since 1979. The applicant currently has up to 12 horses. The request is to increase the number of horses to 18. Staff informed the BZA the area has numerous properties which contain horse stables. The BZA concluded the request met the Special Exception criteria. There was no opposition.
