Staff noted that twenty-three (23) comments were received in favor of the application, and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant agreed with the staff presentation and had nothing further to add. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the variance by a 5-0 vote, with two absent, subject to the five (5) conditions in the staff report.
