The applicant advised the BZA that school agreements had to be secured with the School Board and Parks will be constructed as part of the Land Use approvals. The applicant also advised the public that the Village Town Center will not be reduced in size and the Townhome Development will require another public hearing.
The BZA concluded the proposed use was consistant with the development trend of the area.
