Hearing: This was a result of a complaint received by the Code Enforcement Division. The applicant converted a garage into an apartment. The zoning allows for multiple units but the lot is slightly substandard in lot width and needs a variance from the rear setback. Staff presented photos of the garage apartment. The apartment has a visually pleasing design and blends in the area nicely. The applicant submitted 11 letters in favor. Staff received no opposition to this request.
