Request: Variances in the A-2 zoning district as follows: 1) To allow a cumulative total of 4,920 sq. ft. of accessory floor area in lieu of 3,000 sq. ft. 2) To allow an existing accessory structure in front of the principal residence in lieu of along side or to the rear.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: Staff gave a presentation on the case covering the location, the site plan, and photos. The applicant agreed with the staff report. The BZA felt that the case was straightforward, that the size of the lot and the distance from the road all mitigated the percentage of deviation. Staff received 6 commentaries in favor of the application, and none in opposition to the application. There was no opposition at the hearing. The BZA approved the variance.
