Staff noted that no comments were received in favor or in opposition to the request. The applicant chose not to speak. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the Amendment of the Special Exception and the Variance by a 4-0 vote, with one vacant and two absent, subject to the five (5) conditions in the staff report.
