Request: Special Exception in A-1 (agricultural) zone for a Family Lot Provision (NOTE: The property owner's grandson will reside in existing mobile home and property owner's daughter will reside in proposed mobile home. A total of two (2) dwelling units are proposed).

Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ The applicant wishes to place a 30¿ by 60¿ mobile home on the front portion of the subject property for herself. The exiting mobile home located in the rear, would be owned and utilized by her brother. Because of each of the lots would be more than 2 acres in size, acre size, and its similarity with the character of many of the lots in the area, Staff recommended approval of this request. There was no one present to object to or support this request. The Board unanimously approved this request, subject to the conditions proposed by Staff.
