Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the history of the zoning of the neighborhood, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that four (4) comments were received in support and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant had nothing to add to the staff presentation. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the variances by a 6-0 vote, with 1 abstention, subject to the three (3) conditions in the staff report.
