The BZA agreed that no infrastructure should be located within the proposed area of taking. The applicant agreed to modify his plan. The neighbor to the immediate north spoke in opposition. He felt the request would generate too much noise. He requested a block wall if the BZA was to approve this request. The BZA agreed.
