Summary of the decision
VA-02-10-125 — Mark Nasrallah
Request: Variance in P-D zone to construct single family residence 45.5 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.
Decision: Approved
Hearing: "The property owner wants to build an Art Deco style home which calls for three tiered levels. The highest level is confined to the central area of the house at 45.5 feet. An adjoining property owner wrote with no objection with a condition that there be no doors or windows at that height level. The applicant agreed to the condition, which BZA imposed as a part of the Variance approval. One commentary was received in favor, and a letter of no object was received from the Butler Sound Community Association. There was no opposition. The request is consistent with other Variances approved in similar subdivisions in this area of Orange County."
