Request: Variance in a C-2 (general commercial) zone to allow 230 sq. ft. of wall signage (already existing) in lieu of 90 sq. ft. (NOTE: 88% of existing wall signage is the painted mural on front of building).

Hearing: This was a result of Code Enforcement action. The adjacent neighbor complained about the applicant's painted mural. The mural counts as wall signage. They exceed the wall signage requirements. The BZA felt the mural was done in good taste and the extreme setback from S.R. 50 caused a visibility hardship. There was no opposition.
