The code requires a separation of 1000 ft. between businesses that serve beer and wine and religious uses. Staff advised that this request was extreme and severe and the 1000 ft. standard should be upheld. The BZA agreed and denied the request. There was no opposition to this request and the affected religious use submitted a letter of no objection.
