Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages_____ The applicant indicated that he was willing to do whatever was necessary to have this request approved, including, but limited to, the placement of walls and fencing around the proposed play areas, retention pond, and east side of the subject property. There was one person (the western adjacent homeowner) present to object to this request. His concern was that the noise and traffic would be a detriment to the community and the use¿s incompatibility with the homes in the area. The Board agreed with staff and the neighbor and subsequently denied the applicant¿s request unanimously.
