Request: Variances in P-O (professional office) zone to create substandard lot as follows: 1) 59 ft. of lot width in lieu of 85 ft.; 2) 7,750 sq. ft. of lot area in lieu of 10,000 sq. ft.; 3) 6 ft. side setback on north side and 9.8 ft. side setback on south side in lieu of 10 ft.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The applicant wants to redevelop the property consistent with the on-site zoning. Prior to doing so he requires lot size, lot width and a side setback variance. Staff informed the BZA that numerous similar variances have been granted by Orange County over the last 30 years. This request was consistent with those variances. There was no opposition.
