Summary of the decision
24-1550 — MOTION TO DISCUSS AND TO DIRECT County staff to take action to acquire and provide additional temporary housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness; and to authorize the County Administrator to execute any documents necessary, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, to procure and maintain such temporary housing at one or more locations approved by the Board and up to a maximum annual expenditure designated by the Board, and to take all necessary administrative and budget actions required to implement same.
