Hearing: The applicant had a structure that was originally built in 1942 and at one time was used as a residential living unit. The County Code Enforcement Division cited the structure as being non-compliant for residential use due to inadequate ceiling height and various other reasons. The applicant stated the structure is in need of repair but that it is structurally sound. The applicant is requesting to convert the structure to an accessory storage building which is 55 square feet over the 500 square feet limit. No one spoke in opposition to the request.
