Hearing: The Staff Report and recommendation is located on pages ------. Pastor Heneck Anneus addressed the BZA and explained the proposed renovation project. He agreed with the conditions of approval recommended by the Staff. He stated that there were a few attendees at the community meeting, and all comments received were in support of the project. There was no opposition received on this request.
