The applicant met with the neigbor to the west regarding the landscaping plan adjacent to the proposed retention pond. The plan was acceptable by the neighbor. Another property owner to the south spoke in opposition. She owned rental property and wanted the applicant to construct a wooden fence along her rear yard line. The BZA felt the applicant's proposal (planting trees) was better than a wooden fence.
