Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that five (5) comments were received in favor of the application, and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant was present but chose not to speak. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the variances by a 7-0 vote, subject to the four (4) conditions in the staff report.
