Hearing: The lot is located in the South Pointe subdivision. The applicant wants to add a 198 square foot sunroom onto the back of her house. The lot is very irregular in shape, with a deep angular cut into the front yard on the cul-de-sac, and an angled rear property line jutting inwards. This unusual configuration constrains the lot with respect to development and improvements. It is the smallest lot in the neighborhood with this odd configuration. It was noted this request met all the legal criteria for the granting of a variance. There was no opposition to this case.
