Request: "Variances in the R-1 zoning district as follows:

Decision: Approved

Hearing: "Staff explained that the home which, was constructed in 1955, predated zoning and setbacks. In addition, the home is slightly askew with the south property line. For this reason, when the applicant had applied for a building permit for a rear addition in 2007, the new addition met the six (6) ft. setback. The applicant is not proposing to encroach any closer to the side property line, and meets the front setback. Parking will be met by two (2) parking spaces located on either side of the home. Staff noted that it had not received any commentaries in favor or opposition to the request.
