The applicant stated that this would be an improvement to the property. The BZA stated that the request is straightforward, and they are just enclosing the carport, and the nonconformity is due to the road widening. Staff received one commentary in favor of the application and none in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing. The BZA approved the variance.
