Hearing: The house sits at an angle on the lot, which has a somewhat irregular alignment across the rear property line. The applicant wants to build a room addition in which one corner would encroach into the rear yard by 1.7 ft. and another corner into the side yard by 1/2 foot. These are extremely minor encroachments. There were eight commentaries in favor. There was no opposition to this request.
