Request: Variances in the R-2 zoning district as follows: 1) To allow a generator with a 2.8 ft. from the west side property line in lieu of 10 ft. 2) To allow an existing west side setback of 5.6 ft. in lieu of 6 ft.

Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that no comments were received in support, and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant had nothing to add. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA discussed the variances and stated justification for the six (6) criteria and unanimously recommended approval of the variances by a 7-0 vote, subject to the four (4) conditions found in the staff report.
