(Note: The property is comprised of 3 platted lots. The applicant proposes to subdivide the lots into a total of 8 lots, 7 of which require lot width variances.)

Hearing: The applicant proposes to create 8 lots out of 3 platted lots. Seven of those lots require lot width variances. Staff advised the BZA the proposed lots were compatible with the surrounding area. Staff also advised the BZA the applicant submitted a lot split as well. The BZA concurred the request was reasonable and was consistent with the development trend of the area. There was no opposition.
