Request: Variances in R-CE (single family-1 acre lots) zone as follows: 1) Construct single family residence 48 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.; 2) Allow three (3) detached accessory buildings (2 two-story garage/storage/playrooms and one cabana with bathroom and outdoor kitchen) with cumulative square footage of 2,900 sq. ft. in lieu of 500 sq. ft. 3) Allow two (2) detached accessory buildings (garage/storage/playroom) as follows: (a) In front of principal structure in lieu of side or rear; (b) Two (2) stories in height in lieu of one (1) story; and (c) 29 ft. in height in lieu of 15 ft.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The Board approved the request finding it compatible and consistent with the development trend in this area. Furthermore, the development is approximately 450 ft. from the road; therefore the BZA felt there would be no visual impact to other properties in the area. There was no opposition to this request.
