Request: Special Exception in R-CE and R-1 zones to expand existing religious, educational and recreational use facility and Variances as follows: 1. Classroom building to be 40 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.; 2. Sanctuary building to be 45 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.; 3. Multi-purpose building to be 45 ft. in height in lieu of 35 ft.; 4. Unpaved parking in lieu of paved.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages ____. The applicant is proposing a master plan due to increased growth. Numerous community meetings were held with the residents to the north. Staff felt the request was appropriate due to the size of the property, the location, and the significant building setbacks proposed. Two (2) residents spoke in opposition. They had concerns about the northern driveway. Staff informed the BZA the northern driveway had been reviewed and approved by the Public Works Division. The BZA felt the request was reasonable with numerous conditions.
