Hearing: The Staff Report on this item is located on pages ---. The parking situation was discussed at the public hearing. A revised site plan had been submitted which increased the number of parking spaces due to the number of seats being provided. However, the applicant stated the increased number is not needed in that the membership is only about twenty people, which consists mainly of families with children. She stated they have been meeting on-site for a number of months now, and the most cars they have had on-site has been four. Based on the applicant's testimony, the BZA approved the request acknowledging that nine spaces would sufficiently cover the church needs. The applicant agreed with the conditions recommended for approval. There was no opposition present at the public hearing.
