Request: Variances in the A-1 zoning district to construct single family residence as follows: 1) On a lot width of 83 ft. in lieu of 100 ft.; and 2) At a lot width of 90 ft. at the building line in lieu of 100 ft.

Hearing: The applicant needs a variance because the lot width is less than 100 ft. Staff advised the BZA the applicant met with the County's Environmental Protection Division and agreed to meet their conditions prior to the issuance of any permits. The BZA concluded the request was reasonable and gave this applicant a reasonable use of the land. There was no opposition to this request.
