Special Exception: Amend site plan approval to include increase in building size and overall change in site layout; 2. Variance: Increase overall building height from 46 ft. to 63 ft. (actual building is 38 ft. and steeple is 25 ft).

Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ The purpose of this application was to amend the site plan and height of the church building, which had changed since the original BZA approval earlier this year. The applicant had no objections to the proposed conditions. There was no opposition to this request.
